Matt Hohner Q&A with Matt Hohner Where did you grow up? I was born in Dayton, Ohio, but my family moved to a Milwaukee suburb when I was 10 years old. I grew up in Cudahy, on the south side of Milwaukee. Where did you go to school? I have a BS in Business Management from UW-Stout. What do you like to do in your spare time? I love to golf. I play in a summer league and an indoor winter league. I have also acted in a few plays locally. But I get the most joy from spending my spare time with my wife and two sons. Whether we are on a beach vacation, spending time up north at the cabin, or just hanging out at home, time with them is the most enjoyable! Why do you work in the nonprofit field? The sense of purpose you get when you work for a nonprofit cannot be matched at a for-profit company. I am very cause-driven. I get energized when I know I am helping others. What’s something about you that not many people know? Many people don't know that I played Vince Lombardi in a play last fall, Dead Celebrity Monologues. It was an absolute thrill to play Lombardi in Green Bay. If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? Anywhere with sunshine and a beach with my wife and kids. We spent a week at a resort in Mexico last year and we all want to go back!
