Melissa Jagodinsky Q&A with Melissa Jagodinsky Where did you grow up? I grew up in a little town in the U.P., White Pine, Mich. If one were to blink while driving past it, you would miss it. When I was in 5th grade, we moved to the Wausau area. Where did you go to school? I graduated from DC Everest Senior High and the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy spending time with family, friends, crafting, cooking, camping, traveling and watching Disney movies. Most evenings and weekends, I am snuggled up on the couch watching Netflix with my husband, Derrick, and our German Shorthair Pointer, Kirby. We also enjoy spending weekends at the family cottage near Coleman. Why do you work in the nonprofit field? I work in the nonprofit field because I find it fulfilling and I enjoy giving to those in need. I also like working alongside people who are equally committed and passionate about what they do! What’s something about you that not many people know? I love to zip line! If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why? My dream vacation would be to spend a week in Hawaii. It has always been a dream of mine to go somewhere warm and spend my days on the beach. I would also like to experience Hawaii's culture and go zip lining as much as possible! A girl can dream, right?!?
