Judy Felton

Q&A with Judy Felton

I grew up on a dairy farm in a remote area of southwestern Wisconsin.
I attended a one-room school for two years, and then the school closed, and we were transferred to Wonewoc. I graduated from Wonewoc-Center, and I attended a two-year college in Richland Center, WI.
I enjoy designing florals, home decorating, reading, working in my yard and flower garden, planning parties, and anything creative!
Helping people is so rewarding, and seeing people's lives improved while helping the organization grow is what I strive to do.
When I was 16, my brother, sister, and I began singing country and gospel locally. Eventually, we enlisted new members and became a seven-piece country band. Three years later, our band was the warm-up band for popular country acts. We performed with Mel Tillis, Janie Fricke, The Bellamy Brothers, and many others.
I realize this is not the most exotic place in the world, but because I love country music, I would enjoy spending another week in Nashville. There is so much to see and do.
