We support all nonprofits in Brown County and beyond by raising awareness of your mission and volunteer opportunities. For organizations looking to take their volunteer engagement to the next level, our Affiliate Partner Program offers an enhanced level of service, with tools, visibility, and resources designed to help you attract and retain dedicated volunteers. Thanks to the generous support of the Schneider National Foundation, the 2026 Affiliate Partner fee is just $200 (regularly $250)! Join us in building a stronger, more connected community. To take advantage of all the great benefits of being an Affiliate (which you can read more about below), please follow these three steps. Please note: The Affiliate process will not be considered finalized until all steps are complete. Steps to Renew or Join as an Affiliate Partner Complete the Affiliate Partnership Form Submit the form found HERE and pay the $200 fee using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, e-check/ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Send Your Logo If your logo has been updated in the past year, email a high-resolution JPEG or PNG to Jessie Sprister at the Volunteer Center. Create or Update Your Organization’s Page on Get Connected New partners: Sign up here to create your agency page. Renewing partners: Update your already-existing agency here. Even if no major changes are needed, please make and save a small update (e.g., adjust text or photos), so it registers as current. Contact Jessie Sprister if you’re unsure whether your organization already has an agency or need help logging in. Once you’ve completed all steps and we have finalized them on our end, you will have access to all the benefits! Unlimited Exposure Across Multiple Platforms Your volunteer opportunities can be featured as often as you’d like across our major communication channels, reaching thousands of potential volunteers: Volunteer Connect: A weekly e-newsletter sent to more than 2,600 subscribers (Non-Affiliates are charged for posting more than once.) The Volunteer Times: A monthly listing shared with 700+ contacts, including corporate, school, and community partners (Non-Affiliates are charged for posting more than once.) Social Media: Your volunteer needs will be shared on our Facebook (5,800+ followers) and Instagram (800+ followers) pages. (Non-Affiliates are not featured.) Helping Hands: The weekly volunteer section in the Sunday Green Bay Press-Gazette (Non-Affiliates are not listed.) Posting is easy – simply complete the Volunteer Request Form, and we’ll take care of the rest. Through our partnership with UW-Green Bay’s Student Engagement Center, your postings are also promoted directly to students, faculty, and staff, extending your reach even further. Stand Out on Our Website Affiliates are featured on a dedicated page of the Volunteer Center website, highlighting your logo and a “Learn More” button linked directly to your Get Connected agency page. Visitors can also access Donate and Volunteer buttons that lead straight to your organization’s website, making it easy for community members to engage and give back. Extended Social Media Reach Affiliates can also choose to have their volunteer needs and special events promoted on the Volunteer Center’s Facebook and Instagram pages, further expanding your audience and reinforcing your organization’s presence in the community. Additional Benefits Resource Library: Access a refreshed online hub with templates, best practices, and tools for volunteer recruitment, retention, and engagement — plus the ability to easily update your organization’s contact information. BAMVS Membership and Volunteer Center Partnership: Enjoy a free membership to the Bay Area Managers of Volunteer Services (BAMVS), a professional association dedicated to supporting volunteer program leaders through bimonthly meetings featuring trainings, roundtables, and panels on volunteer engagement. Working hand-in-hand with the Volunteer Center of Brown County, this partnership strengthens nonprofits through education, networking, and shared resources to ensure your organization’s needs are met from every angle. Meeting Space: Reserve the Volunteer Center’s conference room (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm) for meetings, trainings, or planning sessions. The space seats up to 12, includes Wi-Fi and presentation tools, and allows food and beverages. Affiliate Support: Benefit from personalized check-ins, as well as Coffee & Collaboration gatherings every other month to share ideas and build partnerships. Two Volunteer Expos: Free entry to the 2nd Annual Volunteer Expo in March and the 9th Annual Community-Wide Volunteer Expo in September (see highlights of our 2025 Expos here and here). Board Recruitment: Receive assistance connecting with qualified, passionate individuals to strengthen your organization’s leadership team. One volunteer opportunity listed once per year in the monthly Volunteer Times. A La Carte Benefits for Non-Affiliates (prices vary) Access to our Get Connected platform for $50 for the year, which includes unlimited volunteer need listings, community event postings, volunteer check-in capabilities, volunteer hours tracking, and more. There were over 27,000 agency views in Get Connected in the last 12 months. Postings in the monthly Volunteer Times newsletter for $50 per month (after the first free month). Postings in the weekly Volunteer Connect e-newsletter for $25 per week (after the first free week). $100 entry fee for our Volunteer Expos in March and September.
